Things have been pretty busy around our house the last 3 weeks with all the kids home. And the kitchen floor is testament to that fact, it seems to be always dirty. We have swept it most days, which helps, but this morning it really needed to be mopped, but I thought I would save that for another day. But when I made another pot of coffee, the old coffee grounds spilled on to the floor, so I decided, there was no getting around mopping now.
A quick sweep and mop and the floor is clean. By the way, I emptied the kitchen trash too.
Now to get to a long list of phone calls I need to make this morning. I am usually ready to make phone calls about 7:30, but no one else is in their office until later, so I have to just make a list and wait.
