“Christmas at Apple Ridge” by Cindy Woodsmall, book review

“Christmas At Apple Ridge” by Cindy Woodsmall, book review
Three Books included: “The Sound of Sleighbells”, “The Christmas Singing” and “The Dawn of Christmas”

Christmas is in the air and all three of these books will get you in the mood. This 3 books in one is just perfect as a take along for your Christmas travels. All the stories are all set in Apple Ridge, a new Amish community, and follow the same characters through 3 different years.

I have read and reviewed “The Christmas Singing” here, so was eager to read the newest story. And I was not disappointed.

Sadie called off her wedding to Daniel after she finds him in a compromising position with her cousin. To help her heal, she headed to Peru for a mission trip. And she loves working with the people who live in poverty there. But she must return home to visit her parents, and they want her to settle down and get married. And the same time, a neighbor, Levi, is working as a horse trainer, trying to convince his family that he does not need to get married. They meet when Sadie finds Levi after he is thrown from a horse. And so begins their friendship.

Disclaimer: I was provided a copy of this book from the publisher, Waterbrook Press. All opinions expressed are my own.
