“Rich in Years” by Johann Christoph Arnold, book review
This is a very thoughtful book about getting older. While each of us is daily aging, most of us try not to dwell on that fact to much. But from time to time circumstances change and we are faced with the fact. Arnold discusses many aspects of the aging process with interviews and case studies of various individuals who are in different places and differing circumstances. There is a lot of good information for anyone who is dealing with aging, either for their spouse, parent or friend. No two people age the same, so often we need to gather a lot of information to make good decisions. This is a good book to prepare for caring for a loved one as they age.
