So she has gone to school on-line to get her high school diploma and EMT certification. And now she has been accepted to attend nursing school in Oregon.

On the train ride she calls her childhood friend in Montana and stops by for a visit. A visit that changes her life!

Caleb is one of the Amish bachelors who came to hunt, and has enjoyed the time in Montana away from his family and the problems there. He persuades Rebecca to go on a wagon trail trip to see the Montana sights before she heads to Oregon, and they are able to help each other learn more about each other.
