“Love Never Fails” by Martha Rogers, book review. Homeward Journey #3

Molly is one of the town’s teachers and she just loves her students. But closing the door for summer break is a wonderful feeling. Weeks of time to spend with her family and friends. And her precious friend, Clarissa and her family comes to visit! She is so excited to catch up and enjoy the time with her friend. She is surprised that Clarissa’s brother Steffan comes to visit too, as he is in the Army stationed in Arizona. But due to an injury, he was sent home to recover, but his injury did not stop him from riding and entertaining Molly.

Molly enjoys her time with Steffan, but cannot get past his profession, a soldier. Due to her mother’s experiences during the Civil War, Molly is completely against guns and fighting. Can they find a middle ground, in the name of love?

This is a continuation of the Homeward Journey series. I have read the other 2 books in the series, so was able to follow the characters.. I suggest reading the book in order to understand the family complexities and issues.

This was an interesting book and easy to read. It would be good for those who like western fiction and especially those who enjoy horses.

Disclaimer: I received a copy of this book from the publisher. All opinions expressed are my own.
