“How to Get Dressed” by Alison Freer, book review

Our mothers taught us how to dress ourselves when we were about 2 years old. And we have been doing it daily, or sometimes more than once a day, forever. But this book shares some guidelines that can help each of us girls, and a chapter for the guys too, how to do it better.

“How to get Dressed” is an easy to read, conversational style book covering all aspects of dressing from the birthday suit out. The author gives lots of examples of how and why we need to dress to make the most attractive presentation possible. Sometimes the suggestions are simple, other times they are quite complex, but all have the same goal- to look the best you can.

This book is a good read for any woman who wants to look her best. It is especially appropriate for new grads or those young ladies just entering the work place, transitioning from college, who need some guide lines about what is ok to wear to the office. And there are tips for the more mature figure too.
